Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a meaningful occasion filled with reflection, visits to loved ones, and the strengthening of bonds with family and friends. It marks the celebration of completing a month of fasting and the long-awaited reunion with relatives back in our hometowns.
While Malaysians celebrate this joyful occasion, Bateriku’s roadside assistance operations will continue to serve motorists who need help. At the same time, the company is taking steps to balance service availability with the wellbeing of its workforce.
For Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2026, Bateriku is adopting a people-first approach by adjusting its operating hours during the festive period.

Bateriku’s People-First Initiative for Hari Raya Operations
Recognising the importance of Hari Raya for its employees, Bateriku will implement special operating hours across selected Bateriku Pitstops (branch).
This initiative is designed to allow as many operations staff as possible to celebrate Hari Raya with their families, friends, and loved ones, while still ensuring that motorists can access roadside assistance during emergencies.
Special Hari Raya Operating Hours
On the first and second day of Hari Raya, selected Bateriku branch nationwide will operate from 11 AM to 10 PM.

These special operating hours will cover 66 Bateriku branches across the country, spanning Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak.
Through this arrangement, motorists who experience battery issues or vehicle problems during their festive travels will still be able to receive assistance when needed.
Bateriku Supports BHero Working During Hari Raya
While many Bateriku employees will be taking leave to celebrate the festive season, some will remain on duty to ensure that roadside assistance services continue to operate smoothly.
To recognise their dedication during the holiday period, Bateriku is introducing special incentives for its BHero (technicians), who are involved in Hari Raya operations.

Between 21 March and 27 March 2026, our technicians will receive additional commissions for selected services such as battery replacement, warranty claims, and warranty battery deliveries.
In addition, the company will provide extra allowances to support our technicians who remain on duty, including standby allowances even when there are no service requests, as well as meal allowances during the festive period.
These initiatives are intended to recognise the commitment of our technicians who continue serving motorists during one of the busiest travel seasons of the year.
Car Battery Prices Remain Affordable During Hari Raya
Although demand for vehicle batteries typically increases during the festive travel period, Bateriku assures customers that there will be no price increases during Hari Raya.
Motorists can therefore expect transparent and consistent pricing, just as they would outside the festive season.

At Bateriku, customers can request on-demand car battery replacement services anywhere in Malaysia. With a comprehensive vehicle database system, technicians can quickly identify the appropriate battery type for your car and recommend the best option.
Beyond battery delivery and installation, Bateriku also provides a range of roadside assistance services to help resolve common vehicle issues. These include jump-starting a dead battery, emergency fuel delivery if a vehicle runs out of petrol, car lockout assistance, tyre repair and replacement, and towing services to transport vehicles to nearby workshops when necessary.
Selamat Hari Raya from Bateriku
The adjustment of operating hours, the introduction of additional incentives, and the commitment to maintaining stable battery prices during Hari Raya reflect Bateriku’s dedication to supporting both its customers and its workforce.
For those travelling back to their hometowns this festive season, you can journey with greater peace of mind knowing that roadside assistance is still available whenever you need it.
