Bateriku, acting with responsibility, implemented a flood relief programme to assist families affected by flooding across several parts of Malaysia in early December 2025. The programme focused on providing essential food supplies, addressing immediate needs as daily routines of affected families were severely disrupted.

To ensure swift delivery, the Bateriku headquarters mobilised a volunteer team to identify affected areas, coordinate with nearby Pitstops, and deliver necessary aid directly to the communities.

Tropical Storm Senyar and Its Impact on Daily Life

In late November 2025, Tropical Storm Senyar brought heavy rainfall and strong winds, first affecting the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia before moving east. Several locations experienced flooding as a result, disrupting routines and daily activities.

Thanks to support from local Pitstops and community committee members, Bateriku was able to deliver aid efficiently, even to areas like Bukit Payong, located several hundred kilometres from the headquarters.
