MotorManiac 4th Edition Make History as Malaysia’s Largest Car Festival 2025

MotorManiac, organized by Bateriku once again this year in its 4th edition, is the biggest and most havoc automotive festival in the country’s history. Taking place for one day only on Saturday, 6 September 2025, this edition successfully gathered more than 15,000 visitors who packed the rooftop of MyTown Kuala Lumpur.

MotorManiac 2025 showcases a combination of core activities that define its identity, including:

  • Autoshow
  • 2-Step Competition
  • Limbo Competition
  • Frenemies Bboy Competition
  • Car Parade

With over 600 cars from various categories such as JDM, MDM, Continental, and Supercars, Motor Maniac this year is far more special and unique compared to previous editions.

According to Mikhail Faizi also known as Mike, the organizer of Motor Maniac, he emphasized, “If you miss this edition, you will truly miss everything.”

More Than Just Cars, This is Culture

MotorManiac this year is not just about motor style, but reflects a culture that connects the automotive community, music, and street lifestyle.

The difference in MotorManiac this year is that we are bringing more than one activity.

To deliver a brand-new experience, MotorManiac introduces the concept of an automotive carnival, where showcased cars will parade in rolling groups, rather than being displayed statically as in previous years.

As the highlight of this year’s event, visitors were also entertained with a concert featuring top local artists such as Alyph, Eemrun, 53Universe, and Dannqrack.

In addition, many local streetwear brands hyped up the event, including Super Sunday, Abstrax, Headers, and Choii Motorsport.

Not forgetting diecast enthusiasts and car model fans, MotorManiac this year also presented a Diecast Expo featuring exclusive collections.

Finally, MotorManiac 2025 was further enlivened by the presence of numerous sponsors and official partners, each offering exclusive deals only available during this event. Highlights include:

Astra – In conjunction with MotorManiac, Astra showcased a variety of products including car wipers and Astra car batteries for different car models.

Biru – Biru bringing a free GPA Takaful insurance package for Astra battery users via the Biru platform. This GPA coverage includes compensation of up to RM7,000 for accidental death, RM7,000 for total permanent disablement, RM2,000 for funeral expenses, and RM500 for ambulance services.

Kopi Saigon – Kopi Saigon offered a variety of food and beverages. Visitors also had the chance to obtain exclusive merchandise that had never been launched before.

Driveo – This vehicle ownership management platform set up an interactive booth near the Bateriku main stage. Visitors enjoyed special offers including limited-edition stickers, an exhibition of the Porsche 911, as well as redemption for battery renewal and exclusive discounts.

Petronas Syntium – Offering promotions on lubricants at the best prices, this booth also featured collaborations with Brembo and F Tune Racing, an interactive racing simulator, and opportunities to win exclusive merchandise from Lewis Hamilton and George Russell. Located strategically in front of the Bboy Playground Stage.

High Cultured– Presented a unique collaboration with rappers and Art of Speed merchandise. At this booth, visitors could join interactive games to win vouchers, socks, caps, and t-shirts.

Kahf– Promoted its grooming product range with special offers such as a free toiletry bag with purchases above RM50, an exclusive jersey with purchases above RM100, and free Hot Wheels with purchases above RM30.

Mr. Absorber – Featured exciting deals including discounts of up to RM800 for Pro Expert adjustable sets, suspension product offers, lucky draws, and free gifts. This booth was located opposite the main MotorManiac booth.

GGR Motor – Showcased the Lion G1 model starting at only RM2,054. Visitors could book directly at the booth and choose from Type B, Type C, or Type D packages.

Sarman Printing – As the Official Printing Partner, Sarman Printing brought a collection of creative print works such as paper bags, lightboxes, and posters. The booth was also enhanced with iconic car displays such as Evo6, GTR, FL5, and Subaru.

MotorManiac 2025 also celebrated the achievements of the automotive community with special awards across categories:

Special focus was also given to MotorManiac X Headers exclusive merchandise, a limited-edition apparel collection available only during this 4th edition. Every purchase included a referral ticket for entry into the lucky draw.

The grand prize was the highlight: three units of the GGR Lion 1 EV motorcycle, a brand-new electric model launched just last month. Fans also had the chance to win by purchasing Bateriku service vouchers worth RM40, where every two vouchers entitled the buyer to one lucky draw ticket.

“MotorManiac would not exist without the community that has been with us since day one. This event is a shared success of the community, partners, media, and everyone who believes in our vision,” said the organizer.

One Day, One History with tens of thousands of visitors, MotorManiac 2025 is set to mark a new milestone as Malaysia’s most influential automotive festival, spanning the worlds of automotive, street culture, music, and fashion.
